斐卓新型脱硝喷枪是我公司研发人员在充分吸收传统脱硝喷枪优点的基础上，进行内部结构改造而研制成功的一种新型脱硝喷枪，对于脱硝工况来说，脱硝喷嘴、喷枪良好的性能是保证脱硝*及运行费用、氨逃逸、热损耗低的关键。其主要特点如下：
（1）使用寿命长：斐卓新型*脱硝喷枪采用了高强度的*合金材料制作，不仅耐热温度高达1360℃，而且是普通脱硝喷枪使用寿命的2到3倍。
（2）设计更科学：普通脱硝喷枪气、液一般是在喷嘴处混合形成雾化，喷嘴一旦被磨坏，液体就不再雾化会以水柱形式喷出，不但失去脱硝率，而且液体碰到锅炉内壁，还会导致锅炉浇注料损毁。斐卓新型*脱硝喷枪采用了枪体尾部混合雾化技术，即便喷嘴损坏，喷出的液体仍然能保持良好的雾化效果，不但对锅炉不会造成任何损害，且依然能保持良好的脱硝效果。
（3）不需要冷却风：脱硝喷枪一般采用气助式双流体喷枪，普通脱硝喷枪需要借助冷却风对枪体冷却保护，而空气压缩机耗电非常高，俗称电老虎。斐卓新型*脱硝喷枪不需要冷却风保护，节省了电能，为企业节约了成本。
（4）喷嘴可更换：普通脱硝喷枪的喷嘴和喷枪是整体的，喷嘴需要更换时，必须连同枪体一起更换，造成不必要的浪费。斐卓F 新eizhuo*脱硝喷枪喷嘴与枪体采用螺纹连接，喷嘴需要更换时，不需要连同枪体一起更换，为企业节省了运行费用。
（5）喷枪装、卸快捷：喷枪采用快装连接，现场操作、维护简单方便。
（6）费用低*：斐卓新型*脱硝喷枪，采用科学的内部结构优化与航天特有的精密机械加工技术，使得喷枪雾化效果更好，雾滴直径为50～70微米，溶液与烟气中的氮氧化物接触更加均匀，反应更加充分，脱硝效率更高，运行费用更低。
（7）覆盖范围广：斐卓Feizhuo新型*脱硝喷枪，其雾化角度从30-110度，流量从5L/h到400L/h，可满足各种工况环境的需要。

SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：
喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；
采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，*损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；
喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm,可直接安装于炉壁上。
喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；
采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；
