喷枪输送涂料的主要方式包括
1.重力式
2.虹吸式
3.压送式
1、重力式喷枪的涂料壶设计在喷枪上部,涂料是依靠自身重力加上压缩空
气在通过喷嘴及风帽时形成的文丘里效应产生真空令涂料喷出;
2、虹吸式

则主要依靠文丘里效应将涂料从虹吸杯
中抽取出来,因此在同样的条件及涂料
流量要求下,
虹吸式喷枪的喷嘴口径要比重力式喷枪的大;
3、压送式喷枪的涂料输送
则是依靠涂料输送设备加压来进行的,一般通过涂料压力罐或隔膜泵来进行,由于涂
料是压送出来的,而且可通过施加不同的压力调节涂料流量,一般选用的喷嘴口径较
