FM雾化喷枪三种主要的喷枪进料方式
喷枪输送涂料的主要方式包括
1.重力式
2.虹吸式
3.压送式
1、重力式喷枪的涂料壶设计在喷枪上部，涂料是依靠自身重力加上压缩空
气在通过喷嘴及风帽时形成的文丘里效应产生真空令涂料喷出；
2、虹吸式
喷枪
则主要依靠文丘里效应将涂料从虹吸杯
中抽取出来，因此在同样的条件及涂料
流量要求下，
虹吸式喷枪的喷嘴口径要比重力式喷枪的大；
3、压送式喷枪的涂料输送
则是依靠涂料输送设备加压来进行的，一般通过涂料压力罐或隔膜泵来进行，由于涂
料是压送出来的，而且可通过施加不同的压力调节涂料流量,一般选用的喷嘴口径较
上述两类喷枪更小。

氨水脱硝喷枪系列喷枪产品特性：
1、在喷雾量17L/min，气水比为150的情况下，喷雾粒径平均值为50μm，粒径150μm，故具有优越的微粒化能力；
2、喷雾角度分别为20°和60°两种；
3、微雾喷嘴，是以新构想而开发出的大流量，并具有优越微粒化能力的二流体喷嘴；
4、以低气水比而使喷雾微粒化，因此用少量的压缩空气可做大流量的喷雾；
