Application:
ZYQ-100 Full Automatic Touch Screen Oil Purifier can efficiently remove moisture, gas, impurities, acetylene, hydrogen, firedamp and other harmful contents from the insulation oil, and in addition it has macromolecule to absorb free carbon, gelatine, to reduce medium loss, to recover quality and color of oil, and to improve the insulation function of the oil so that to ensure safe operation of the electrical power equipment and prevent accident happening.

Features:
1. Contains functions of dehydration, deaeration, impurity removing, decoloration & regeneration and full automatic control.
2. Easy operation. The injection of oil can be set and displayed by touch screen.
3. Humanization Operation soft. The data of injection oil can be adjusted and modified.
4. One-time purification can increase breakdown voltage to 70KV; three times purification can reach at least 80KV.
5. Very strong ability to dewater and degas. This machine adopts Roots high speed and high pressure pump and large capacity vacuum pump to compose to vacuum gas out system so that guarantee to evaporate moisture and remove another harmful gases.

    Very strong ability to purify impurities. This machine adopts compound tiny born filter material, which can bear decay and heat, have good mechanism ability and also have a long lifetime. This material can filter out tiny grain.

    Strong ability to remove acid and decolour. It adopts macromolecule absorbing material as carrier to absorb acid content of oil and using micro hole to maintain the dissociative carbon and some tiny jelly so that subsequently change the color of oil.

    Full automatic control and touch screen operation. This machine adopts PLC program to realize center data transaction and transact all of kinds of data after calculated, then give orders to each working component. Thereby to realize automatic operation.

    Perfect protection devices. It can protect temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, power cut, overload pressure, and lacks of pressure etc. through each working component to protect some accidents happen so as to ensure the machine operation correctly and normally.

    To adapt cooling and dewatering technology to mixed gases which draw out from the vacuum, which enhanced its efficiency output power, and prolonged the using life of vacuum pump and Roots pump.
