Cast iron worktable

Quality testing standard forCast Iron Inspection Plate:

1. The working surface, wheninspected visually, shall be free from blowholes, sand holes, cracks, slaginclusions scratches, porous patches and other visual flaws.

2. The raw material of CastIron Surface Plate shall be the close-grained cast iron whose hardness is of HB170~220.

3.The working surface shallbe clean and uniform and the other sides shall be painted well..

4. The plugging of blowholesor porous patches in the working surface with material of a similar compositionis permitted provided that such a repair does not affect stability or accuracy.

5. Where tapped holes orinserts are required the necessary work shall be carried out before the workingsurface is finished.
