燃烧机工艺说明:

    一、工作原理：生物质颗粒燃烧经自动送料系统进入高温裂解半气化燃烧室，高压点火后，颗粒在高温裂解气化燃烧室中迅速发生高温裂解反应混合氧气沸腾燃烧，达到完全燃烧。该过程中目的是产生显热和中间产物H2、CH4、CnHm、Co等可燃成份。

    Operating principle；working principle:automatic feeding system conveyed biomass granule fuel into high temperature splitting half-gasification burning room, after high-tension ignition, granule occur high temperature cracking reaction and fluidized-bed combustion mixed with oxygen in burning room,reached complete combustion.Aim of this process is engender heat and intermediate product H2,CH4,CnHm,Cocombustible component.

    二、产品特点： Product feature

    1. *节能：以可再生生物质能源为燃料，使用成本低，比燃油（气）降低30-60%的运行成本。

    Efficient and energy saving:use reproducible biomass energy as fuel,reduce 30%-60% operating cost than oil or gas.

    2. 热*：半气化燃烧加切线旋流式配风设计，低温分段燃烧，燃烧率达92%以上。

    High heat efficiency:half-gasification burning tangent spiral-flow type air distribution design,low temperature subsection burning,combustion is above 92%.

    3. 稳定可靠：全自动微正压运行，不发生回火和脱火现象。

    stability and reliability :full-automatic micro positive pressure operation,will not occured tempering and fire off phenomenon.

    4. 低碳环保：烟尘、硫、氮排放低，二氧化碳零排放，符合GB13271烟尘排放的要求。

    Low coal and environmental protection:Low discharge of dust,S,N,zero discharge of CO2, correspond the requirement of GB13271.

    5. 操作简单：采用自动给料，操作简单，工作量小，单人值班即可。

    Simplicity of operation:Feed automatic,simple operation,less work that single person on duty is feasible.

    三、适用范围：涂装固化线、电镀、电泳、纸品烘干、食品烘干、蒸汽锅炉、热水锅炉、公路筑路机械设备、工业退火炉、沥青加热设备、压铸铝、压铸铜、工业石材染板、植物烘干等。
