Fan is a universal mechanical equipment, which is widely used in electricity, mining, machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.The noise that fan produces in operation often becomes the misfortune source of the health of the workers and the environmental interference.Especially in the living area adjacent to the fan, the aerodynamic noise by radiation from the air intake and air outlet is even more a major factor for environment
    pollution,which has been the one of the main targets China industrial departments control noise pollution.
Industrial fan is a continuous operation equipment .International Organization for Standardization(ISO) has stipulated that the noise of the fan wouldn't exceed 90dB which is the same with the new standard of China. This is also the basis of industrial enterprises whose continuous noise reaches the
    standard. However, if we don't take noise reduction measures,when the fan passes in and out of the tuyere , the noise volume radiates to the environment can up to 110~120dB.
Fan silencer products are Acoustic impedance flow pattern..In order to determine how much muffler volume is needed for the design of the acoustic absorption slices structure and fluid channel,this factory basis on the frequency spectrum properties by the actual test of the noise sources at the scene when all kinds fans of power plant
    are in operation,
    .Meanwhile,we adopt the narrow rectangular channel of the finishes with a larger sound-absorbing material
    to enhance the absorption.We know ,
    when the noise source of the fan is at
    the maximum level,the value of the spectrum is often more than one.For the different frequency bands,its requirement for the muffler volume is also different.To reduce noise,we adopt
    resistance structure for the high-frequency and mid-frequency noise and
    anti-structure for the mid-frequency and low-frequency noise..At the same time,in order to
    achieve the desired muffler effect,this product adopt low-frequency and high-frequency noise reduction areas in the resistance
    channel for maximizing the width of the noise reduction band .
 If installed according to require, the muffler volume will not exceed 85-90 dB. The mufflers described in the manual are applied for kinds of
    axial and centrifugal fans .In addition,our company has produced utility

4、Ordering and selection tips

    The muffler is well-designed according to the steam emission targets and emissions requirements of users ,only the products
    are in accordance with the
    emissions targets steam parameters and the
    displacement can the ideal elimination effect achieve.So, when ordering the muffler
    the following information must be offered:

    installation plans of the
    exhaust pipe should be provided.
Installation Notice
.
1、Muffler should be installed perpendicular to the plant top, Show in Chart3: with steel brackets to fix muffler blocks and plant.
2、In order to increase wind resistance, silencer-bearing support has been used. So, in front of the muffler exhaust pipe, it should have a segment of expansion bend to absorb heat expansion.If the original
    exhaust pipes have been installed with the hydrophobic plate in the vertical direction , the expansion bend needn't be installed.
3、The reduced water pipes or drainage hole has been designed at the bottom of muffler body.the orifice should be examined to ensure that unobstructed.
4、If exhaust pipe through the plant platform hole, a rain-cover should be made up by thin steel plate.
5、For security doors, in principle, a security door which has single-seat and two-seater is distributed a muffler. For the two-seater, the exhaust pipe can be fixed into a main pipe when installed.However,for the two-seater door with a large exhaust volume ,
    two mufflers can be installed.
6、The mufflers for the deaerator and steam jet aspirator with the little exhaust volume should be designed as a tubular shape ,so the installation
    will be more convenient.Installed as shown in Chart4.Muffler installed along the vertical direction of the wall/column of the main plant.The outfall of muffler should towards to the direction of the roof. It should be noted that the muffler factory has been fixed stent. If it used a sliding installed stent, the fixed stent can not to be used.
