The SP25M is a multi-sensor system that allows users to switch between a choice of three scanning modules (total extension lengths from 20 - 200 mm, with M3 styli), and an adapter module that is compatible with TP20 probe modules. This capability enables scanning and touch-trigger probing in the same probe system.
SP25M具备紧凑的结构，能够与PH10M/MQ和PH6M测座兼容，并可连接加长杆。
The SP25M's compact size and Autojoint mounting makes it compatible with the PH10M/MQ and PH6M probe heads. It can also be mounted on a multi-wired extension bar.
