Description:
LOCTITE 222 is a single component anaerobic threadlocking material; it is thixotropic, develops low strength for easy disassembly, cures in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces, has fluorescence and a secondary activator cure.
Typical Use: 
Used for applications such as adjustment of set screws, small diameter or long engagement length fasteners where easy disassembly is required without shearing the screw. 
Color/Appearance: 
Purple
