Description:
LOCTITE 290 is a single component low viscosity anaerobic threadlocking material; it has medium to high strength, cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces, is suitable for wicking into preassembled components by way of capillary action and has a secondary activator cure that may effect bond performance. 50 ml bottle.

Typical Use: 
Used to prevent loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. Particularly suitable for applications such as instrumentation or carburetor screws, where assembly and positioning is required before applying the threadlocker, fills porosity in welds, casting
